GOURMET SLOPPY JOES 
1 lb. chuck, ground
1/2 c. onion
1 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Sauté ground chuck with onion. Add rest of ingredients. Simmer approximately 15 minutes. Serve on (buttered) buns.
