TURKEY SLOPPY JOES | |
1 lb. ground turkey 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 cup celery, chopped 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped 1 can tomato soup (reduced sodium) 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 1/4 tsp. pepper 8 hamburger buns In large saucepan, use cooking spray. Cook turkey, onion, celery and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. DRAIN IF NECESSARY. Stir in soup, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and pepper. Transfer to a 3-quart crockpot.
