WHIP CREAM POTATOES 
6 Idaho baking potatoes
2 cartons whipping cream
Salt
Pepper

Cook potatoes in jackets (like potato salad). Refrigerate. Peel and grate potatoes (into 9 x 13 inch pan). Salt and pepper potatoes. Add 2 cartons whipping cream. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
