2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 sticks butter 1/2 c. milk 1 tbsp. baking powder 1 tbsp. vanilla or lemon extract DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN! Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat at highest speed for 10 minutes. DO NOT UNDERBEAT. Pour batter into ungreased tube pan. Place in cold oven. Set temperature at 350 degrees. Bake 1 hour. | |
