STUFFED SHELLS WITH MEAT SAUCE 
1 box jumbo shells
6 eggs
2-3 cans tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 lb. ground sausage
1 lb. whole sausage
1 lb. pork, boneless, cut in pieces
1 lb. ground beef
3 minced onions
2 bay leaves
Italian Virgin olive oil
Red cooking wine
3 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 lg. bag shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Parmesan/Romano
parsley
Garlic cloves
Oregano
Sage
Thyme
Salt
Pepp er
Garlic powder

Brown beef, pork, and ground sausage. Add onion, salt, and pepper. Drain oil out and brown whole pieces of sausage. Drain half of the oil and cook tomato paste with sausages. (May use some olive oil for browning meats.) Add Romano/Parmesan, to taste, and parsley. Cook 20 minutes then put the above in a large saucepan and add tomatoes, wine to taste, bay leaves, garlic, oregano, thyme, sage, etc. to taste. Cook for 2-3 hours on low, stirring often so it does not stick.
