BOILED SHRIMP | |
2 lbs. fresh or frozen shrimp 2 tablespoons salt 2 heaping tablespoons Seafood Seasoning 2 quarts hot water Clean shrimp, removing shells and vein. Place in a sauce pan with salt and spice which has been tied in a cheese cloth bag. Add hot water. Bring to boil; simmer 5 minutes. Cool in water in which shrimp was cooked.
