SHRIMP BOIL 
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. shrimp (med. or large.)
18 new potatoes (baby potatoes)
6 ears of corn
Shrimp boil seasoning

1. Fill 5 quart saucepan half full with water.

2. Add potatoes with skins on. They will cook a total of 30 minutes.

3. Let potatoes cook for 10 minutes then add corn. Break corn in half before putting in water.

4. Add 4 tablespoons shrimp boil.

5. Ten minutes after corn is on, add shrimp.

6. Let stand for 5 minutes and serve up in separate dishes. Serve with white wine. Serves 6 people.
