BOLOGNA SANDWICH
Buy some ham or bologna (one pack) and some bread (one loaf) and buy a little jar of mustard. Then you make yourself a bologna sandwich. Put the bread down on the table, put the bologna on it. Spread the mustard on the bologna. Put another piece of bread on the bologna, then eat it with some milk. Then clean up.

If you are watching your carbs, how about a bologna roll memphis style: take your slice of bologna and scoop some coleslaw in the middle and roll the bologna around the coleslaw. YUMMMMMYYYY!!

Fry 2 slices of bologna until golden brown, smother in extra sharp cheddar cheese - melt until smooth, place on/in a baguette and give a healthy squirt of spicy golden brown mustard. Add crisp, cold lettuce. Serve hot.

Wow! It was a quick and easy recipe. I did not know if I should use white or wheat bread. I have tried different mustards...using 2 or 3 different kinds together really gives it gourmet taste.

I get urges for a bologna sandwich and will have to try other variations. I used to put lettuce, tomato, and mayo on it. The ground bologna, mayo, and pickles, was a simple (ham spread) used to make fancy sandwiches for parties. Take a long loaf of bread and slice the long way, remove crust, spread with mixture, roll up from small end to the other. Refrigerate, take out and then thin (1/4 - 1/2 inch) ring sandwich. Good finger food.
