SWEET POTATO PIE 
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 c. steamed sweet potatoes, strained
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
pastry for 1 (9-inch) pie

Combine dry ingredients and mix with sweet potatoes. Blend together eggs and milk and combine with sweet potato mixture. Pour into prepared pastry.

Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes. Lower oven to 350°F and continue to bake for 35 minutes or until set.
