BUTTERNUT SQUASH PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. all-spice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. cooked squash, strained
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted butter

Add sugar, spices, salt, flour and butter to squash and mix thoroughly. Beat in egg; add milk and blend well. Line pie pan with pastry and pour in filling. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake until done. (Makes one 9-inch pie.)
