STIR - FRY VEGETABLES 
2 strips bacon
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. green pepper, cut in strips
1/4 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 zucchini, cut sm.
Several fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. chopped fresh broccoli
Optional may also add cauliflower, pea pods, beans or carrots

1. Cut bacon, fry in frying pan, drain bacon.

2. Add celery, onion, green pepper to grease and cook 2 minutes, stir frequently.

3. Add remaining vegetables. Stir, cover and cook 2 minutes. Vegetables should be crunchy. Serve hot.
