BREAD PUDDING - MICROWAVE 
2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. soft bread cubes
1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. butter

Combine milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a 1 1/2 quart casserole (glass), beat with hand mixer. Stir in bread cubes and raisins. Dot with butter. Microwave 26-28 minutes on medium or until almost set in center. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
