PRIZE WINNING TOMATO PIE 
1 (9 inch) deep dish pie shell
3 med. tomatoes, peeled
1 med. onion, chopped
12 slices bacon, crisp, crumbled
1 c. shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise (diet if desired)

Bake pie crust 5 minutes. Slice tomatoes in bottom of crust. Layer onions, then bacon. Mix mayonnaise and cheese together. Add this for pie topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serves 6.
