RHUBARB - APPLE SAUCE 
2 c. rhubarb, chopped
2 c. apple, pared & cored
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg

Heat sugar and water to boiling. Add fruit. Simmer 10 minutes, until fruit is tender and rhubarb is slightly transparent.
