APPLE CRISP WITH ICE CREAM AND
CARAMEL SAUCE
 
6 Granny Smith apples
Sugar and cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 - 2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. brown sugar

Slice apples - put into buttered glass dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon.

Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter. Add chopped pecans. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream and caramel sauce.
