8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
3/4 c. brown sugar
Chopped peanuts
Granny Smith apples, sliced

Whip together cream cheese, caramel topping and brown sugar. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.

Use sliced Granny Smith apples for dipping. (You can try other fruits, but the Granny Smith apples work best - it tastes like a candied caramel apple.)
