MICROWAVE OLD FASHION BREAD
PUDDING
 
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

Combine eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and salt in 1 1/2 quart glass casserole. Beat with rotary beater. Stir in bread crumbs and raisins. Dot with butter. Microwave for 26 to 28 minutes on simmer or until almost set in center. Let stand 5 minutes and serve. Serves 4-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
