MICROWAVE OLD FASHIONED BREAD
PUDDING
 
2 c. milk
2 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. soft bread cubes
1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. butter

Combine milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt in 1 1/2 quart glass casserole; beat with rotary beater. Stir in bread cubes and raisins. Dot with butter. Microwave 26 to 28 minutes on 5 (medium) or until almost set in center. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 4 to 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
