CARROT CASSEROLE | |
2 lb baby carrots 1/2 stick butter 3 eggs 1/4 cup milk 2-3 cups grated cheddar cheese salt & pepper to taste Boil carrots until very tender. Drain off the water then mash carrots. Mix in the rest of ingredients with electric mixer. Pour in an 8x8 casserole dish. Bake on 375°F for 30-40 minutes. Submitted by: Renee Johnson |
