CARROT AND SWEET POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. carrots
3 med. size sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. white raisins
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter

Cook carrots and potatoes; drain; mash. Combine all ingredients. Bake in well greased baking dish about 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Goes great with pork or poultry dishes.
