1 (#2) can pineapple tidbits
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese chunks

Drain pineapple. Combine juice, sugar, flour, eggs and butter and cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add cheese if desired; stir until cheese is melted. Cool. Add pineapple and pour into baking dish. Top with marshmallows. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
