PINEAPPLE COLESLAW 
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 (8 oz.) oz. pineapple tidbits, well drained

DRESSING:

3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. milk (I use skim)

Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and milk. Place cabbage and pineapple in a large bowl; add dressing and toss. Chill in refrigerator before serving.

Makes 8 servings
