PINEAPPLE COLESLAW | |
2 c. shredded cabbage 1/4 c. chopped green pepper 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1/4 c. light mayonnaise 1 tsp. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar 1/4 tsp. dill weed 1/8 tsp. pepper Combine cabbage, green pepper and pineapple. Toss lightly. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients well. Add to cabbage mixture and blend well. Chill before serving. Makes 5 servings. Each serving equals approximately 100 calories. |
