CABBAGE AND PINEAPPLE SLAW 
3 c. chopped cabbage
1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. raisins
1 Granny Smith apple, unpeeled, cubed
1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise

Mix cabbage, pineapple, raisins and apple in dish. Mix mayonnaise with pineapple juice. Pour this mixture over cabbage mixture. Mix together and serve. Keeps several days in the refrigerator.
