PINEAPPLE COLESLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 c. pineapple, crushed, drained
1/4 pkg. marshmallows, chopped
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 of the juice drained from pineapple

Mix the pineapple and marshmallows thoroughly through the cabbage. Then add the sugar and salt. Mix the pineapple juice with the cup of mayonnaise and add to the cabbage. (Gumdrops may be used in place of the marshmallows to make a colorful slaw.) 4 servings.
