CARROT STICKS WITH PINEAPPLE
TIDBITS
 
Sm. can pineapple chunks
6 med. size carrots

Dilute the juice from pineapple with small amount of water. Slice carrots into thin sticks and add to juice. Season with honey, salt and pepper. Cook covered over medium heat for 12 minutes. Stir in pineapple chunks and heat until just simmering. Add teaspoon of soft butter. Serve warm.
