ORANGE CHICKEN 
2 - 3 lb. chicken pieces
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. honey
3 tbsp. mustard

Rub chicken pieces with curry powder, sprinkle with salt and put in baking dish. For sauce, combine remaining ingredients in sauce pan and simmer 5 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Turn chicken, baste with sauce and bake an additional 20 minutes.
