CURRIED CHICKEN SALAD 
2 pkg. deboned chicken breast
2 - 3 stalks celery
1 lb. seedless grapes
2 - 3 bananas
fresh broccoli
2 cans mandarin orange
3 kiwi
Raisins
Red onion, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
4 tsp. lime juice
2 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Cook chicken until tender and cut into bite size pieces. Add all other ingredients after cutting into bite size slices of pieces. May add favorite fruit in season; example: strawberries, apples, date, coconut. Mix well. Make sauce: Mix mayonnaise, lime juice and curry powder well. Pour over chicken and vegetable and fruits until covered. Add sauce little at a time so as not to smother salad. Sliced almonds or kiwi may be used to decorate top. Serves 6 to 8.
