CURRY CHICKEN 
1 chicken
1 onion
3 tbsp. curry
Flour

CONDIMENTS (chopped & served in small bowl) :
Tomatoes
Green pepper
Onion or any variety fresh vegetables
Oranges
Bananas
Pineapple
D ried shredded coconut
Dry roasted peanuts
Raisins

Usually 3 of each - fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, miscellaneous, dried fruits, use your imagination!

Cover chicken, chopped onion; cover with water and cook until done. Remove meat from bones and return to broth. Heat and thicken with flour or cornstarch. Serve this chicken sauce over cooked rice. Can serve sauce in one bowl and rice in another. Serve rice, covered with sauce and pass condiments to be sprinkled over rice and sauce and enjoyed!
