 1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix 2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered 1/4 cup vegetable oil Place potatoes in a gallon size Ziploc bag and add oil. Toss to coat. Add dressing mix and toss again until coated. Bake on ungreased baking pan at 450°F for 35 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings. | |
