ROASTED POTATO WEDGES | |
potatoes olive oil seasoned salt garlic powder lemon pepper onion powder (optional) Wash, peel and cut potatoes in wedges. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Set in a large casserole (or any baking dish), cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 350 degree oven until potatoes are fork tender. Remove aluminum foil and continue baking until top is lightly browned. I have not included a set amount of ingredients because you can change them for the amount of people being fed. You can adjust it to your liking. Cook's Note: Try a sprinkle of hot salt or hot cayenne pepper and/or Mesquite Barbecue Seasoning to spice 'em up! These may also be lightly seasoned with Rosemary and Parmesan before baking. Serve with a side of spicy ketchup into which a few drops of balsamic vinegar have been stirred. Submitted by: Mary |
