COLORFUL CANDY POPCORN BALLS 
12 c. popped popcorn
1 c. peanuts
3/4 c. multi-colored milk chocolate candies
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 bag (10 1/2 oz.) Kraft miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello gelatin, any flavor
butter for greasing your hands

EQUIPMENT:

Measuring cups
Huge bowl or very lg. pot
Wooden spoon
Lg. microwavable bowl
Pot holders
Waxed paper

1. Pour popcorn into huge bowl. Add peanuts and milk chocolate candies. Mix together with spoon.

2. Put butter and marshmallows in large microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed. Using pot holders, take bowl out of microwave. (Careful! Bowl will be hot.) Mix together with spoon.

3. Add gelatin to marshmallow mixture. Stir with spoon until mixture is all the same color.

4. Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn mixture in huge bowl. Quickly stir with spoon until marshmallow mixture evenly covers popcorn mixture. Let mixture cool slightly. Grease your hands well with some butter. Shape mixture into balls with your hands. Place balls on waxed paper until completely cool. Makes about 24 popcorn balls.
