2 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Pie shell

Mix all ingredients together and put in pie shell.

Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake 30 to 40 minutes longer or until filling is firm.
