SWEET POTATO PIE 
2 eggs
1 (1 lb.) can sweet potatoes
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 2/3 c. milk
1 (9-inch) pie crust

Preheat oven to 425°F. Beat eggs slightly with beater; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Reduce heat; bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
