CHICKEN NOEL 
4 chicken breasts, split & boned
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. marsala wine or cooking sherry
Seasoning salt

Sprinkle chicken breasts with seasoning salt. Mix together the soup, sour cream, mushrooms and wine. Pour mixed ingredients over the chicken that you have put in a shallow casserole dish. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 1/4 hours. Serve over plain white rice. Excellent.
