CURRIED RICE AND PEA SALAD 
1 1/3 c. pkg. pre-cooked rice
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. French dressing
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. minced onion
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. diced celery
1 1/3 c. chilled, cooked frozen green peas
Lettuce

In saucepan, combine rice, water, 1/2 teaspoon of salt; cook as label directs. Lightly toss in French dressing; let cool to room temperature; refrigerate.

About one hour before serving: In large bowl, mix mayonnaise, onion, curry, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, mustard. Add celery, peas and rice; lightly toss. Refrigerate. Serve on lettuce. Makes 6 servings.
