PISTACHIO SOUR CREAM CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream and water. Blend to moisten, then beat 2 minutes at medium speed with electric mixer. Pour into greased and floured tube pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, use cake tester or toothpick. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
