WATERGATE CAKE 
1 c. Wesson oil
1 box white cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. Club soda
1 box pistachio pudding mix
1/2 c. pecans

Beat together 4 minutes. Divide into 3 layers. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

FROSTING:

1 c. sweet milk
1 box pistachio pudding mix
1 c. sugar
1 lg. (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 carton sour cream, (small)
1/2 c. nuts, (pecans)

Mix frosting ingredients together. Frost Watergate Cake.
