1 pkg. white cake mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 c. 7-Up or club soda
1 pkg. (3 oz.) pistachio instant pudding
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans are best)
1/2 c. coconut

Combine ingredients in order given and mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
