PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE - WATERGATE CAKE | |
1 pkg. white cake mix 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding 1 c. oil 1 c. club soda 1 c. chopped nuts 3 eggs, beaten 1 pkg. whipped topping 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding 1 1/4 c. cold milk Mix ingredients for cake well. Pour into well-greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool on cake rack. Mix up icing until thick. Spread over cooled cake. Cake keeps best when refrigerated. Serves 12-15. |
