DOLE BANANA BRAN FLAKE BREAD | |
1 1/3 c. flour 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. mashed ripe Dole bananas 2/3 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. orange juice 1 egg, beaten 1/3 c. oil 2 c. Post Natural Bran Flakes 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add bananas, sugar, orange juice, egg and oil. Stir until flour is moistened. Mix in cereal and nuts. Bake in greased 9 x 5 inch pan at 350 degrees for approximately 50 to 60 minutes. Remove from pan. For easier slicing wrap and store overnight. 230 calories per 3/4 inch slice. |
