BRAN FLAKE MUFFINS | |
6 1/2 c. Kellogg's Raisin Bran Flakes 5 c. flour 3 c. sugar 5 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt Combine: 4 beaten eggs 1 c. oil Pour liquid over dry ingredients. Stir well. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Bake as needed. Will keep in refrigerator for 5 weeks. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Yield: 7 dozen. |
