BRAN FLAKE MUFFINS 
3 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. baking soda
2 c. boiling water
2 c. raisins
4 c. Bran Flakes
5 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 tbsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. All-Bran cereal
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Pour boiling water over All-Bran in bowl, cool. Cream butter and sugar. Add buttermilk then All-Bran mixture and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Fold in raisins and bran flakes.
