PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines Gold butter cake
4 eggs
1 Royal pistachio pudding
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. Wesson oil

Mix the above together. Mix together and set aside: 1/2 cup walnuts, 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Pour half the batter into ungreased 9 x 12 inch pan. Sprinkle half the nut mixture on top. Pour remaining batter into pan. Sprinkle remaining nut mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
