JELLO PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE | |
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello instant pistachio pudding & pie filling 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1/4 tsp. almond extract 4 eggs 1 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. cooking oil 7 drops green food coloring (opt.) Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend in electric mixer at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan and finish sprinkling with confectioners' sugar if desired. |
