PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 yellow or white cake mix (without pudding)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients in bowl and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Put in floured and greased 9 x 12 inch cake pan and bake in preheated at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched. "Pistachio Frosting" to frost cake.

PISTACHIO FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 c. cold milk
1 c. sour cream

Mix all ingredients together and beat at high speed 4 to 6 minutes or until soft peaks form. Spread on cooled cake and keep in refrigerator.
