BATTERED SHRIMP 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Salt & pepper
Tony's Creole seasoning
1 egg, beaten
Small amount water
Milk

Mix all dry ingredients well. Make a hole in the middle and add the beaten egg and water. Combine by stirring small amounts of the dry ingredients into the egg and water. Stir until as smooth as possible.

Form another hole and add the milk in the same way, small amounts at a time. This mixture should be pasty.

Fill 1/2 the skillet with oil. Turn on a medium heat. Place the shrimp in the batter, stir and let sit for a few minutes. Fry the shrimp in the oil until crisp and golden.
