LG. EGG
QUICHE/SPINACH/CHEESE/MEAT

8 cracked eggs
1 cup half and half (milk or mixture of both may be used even milk alone)
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon granulated onion
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/2 cup of fresh stems torn spinach pressed down save 8 leaves for top
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 pie crust
2 cups cooked meat of your choice (leftover friendly)
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

In a large bowl, beat the first 6 ingredients. Use a large glass pie pan. Preheat oven to 350°F.

It took me 98 minutes or an hour and 38 more minutes. You can bake it at 375°F, but after an hour (even less) look at it. I have a little brown top on mine when it is done and solid.

Gently unroll the store-bought pie crust into a large glass pie pan. I then add the cut up meat, either ham or 4 breakfast precooked sausages into the unbaked crust.

In a large bowl, add eggs (no shells please), half and half (you can use milk) pepper, onion, garlic, and salt; beat for about 3 minutes. Gently pour into the pie crust and over meat. Place the spinach and spread cheeses all around it. Decorate with 8 small whole pieces of spinach (no stems please). Point side toward the middle - this could mark the eight pieces with the spinach in the middle of the slice. In the middle I put a larger piece of spinach.
