TUNA OR SALMON PATTIES | |
2 (6 oz.) can tuna fish or salmon, deboned 2 slices bread, crumbled 1 lg. stalk celery, diced sm. 1 sm. onion, chopped sm. (optional) Just a little bit of milk to form them Mix all ingredients together. Shape into patties. Spray Pam in a non-stick skillet and fry on both sides. Makes 6 patties. Great with buttered noodles and peas with juice. |
