MOMMA'S MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 lb. box macaroni, cooked & drained
4 eggs
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Butter 4 quart baking dish. Pour macaroni into dish. Into blender put eggs, milk, cut up cheese and blend until smooth. Pour over macaroni in dish. Add enough milk to cover macaroni. Stir slightly. If desired decorate with American cheese slices. Bake at 325 degrees until it begins to bubble in middle about 25 minutes. Makes 1 gallon.
